What Innstillo does

Innstillo is the hardware and IP track for self storage. We design, build and integrate the physical technology layer inside unmanned and partly unmanned facilities: access control, locking technology, sensors, IoT gateways and the firmware that connects the equipment to operator software. Beyond hardware, Innstillo develops and licenses product IP that can be deployed across partner sites, so an operator can open new locations on a proven technical foundation instead of engineering every installation from scratch.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a technical review of the facility and the operator's existing systems. The hardware package is then specified, firmware is adapted and a pilot is commissioned on site. Once the pilot is verified, the solution is standardised into a repeatable package that can be installed across more sites with the same documentation, integrations and operational support.
